Job Summary

This position will be hybrid based on business needs and will require on-site presence at our facility in Robbinsville, NJ.

Dialog Direct, a Qualfon company is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Professional to embody our person first philosophy in a hybrid role supporting both on-site staff and remote corporate partners with the intent to “Make Each Person’s Life Better”. This Generalist role will provide daily tactical support to our Robbinsville, NJ site as well as provide support to our corporate remote staff through the direction and guidance of the Corporate Person Office Manager. This role requires 3-
5 years of experience in Human Resources preferably showing growth within their roles and the ability to work on-site for at least 3 days of the week.
Experience with ADP Vantage and background /education in Communications is a plus!

Main Objective and Duties:

Responsible for day-to-day administration of core Person Office (HR) services to employees and managers in accordance with Qualfon/Dialog Direct
corporate and site policies and procedures. Performs a variety of employment related functions and serves as the site liaison between centers of
excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll.

 

  • Employee data management Recording and filing of employee information; electronic and hardcopy. Maintenance of employee records and files; electronic and hardcopy
  • Primary support to Person Office (HR) Manager
  • Coordinate entry and exit procedures
  • Assist with site leave administration
  • Communicate Company's Policies and Procedures.
  • Administration of site employee performance evaluation administration
  • Administration of site compensation administration
  • Assist with employee benefit administration
  • Perform site Person Office (HR) administrative tasks
  • Provide Employee Relations Support to Leads / Supervisors/ Managers
  • Site/Regional Compliance with Workers Compensation and State and Federal Laws
  • Effectively Communicate Human Resources information to employees
  • Unemployment insurance compliance and reporting
  • Specialized Human Resources project management as assigned
  • Provide applicable reports
  • Adhere to company guidelines and policies
  • All other tasks assigned

Area of expertise (Skills)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Three to five years of Human Resources job experience (including business partner and employee relations experience)
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Data base entry skills
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with ADP and SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Bachelor of Science with Human Resources emphasis preferred
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear.
