Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

1. Manage multiple or largescale projects                                           

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope and within budget
  • Time management to accomplish all tasks on multiple projects
  • Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects
  • Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with Qualfon’s PMO (Project Management Office) methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of assigned projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Responsible for implementations, projects and process improvements
  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Keeps team informed of changes. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
  • Identifies internal cross-functional resources and third parties/vendors, assigns individual responsibilities
  • Leads, directs and coordinates meetings internally and with the clients. Confronts issues openly and quickly. Tactfully communicates sensitive information 
  • Ensure change management processes are followed
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate issues

2. Scope projects

  • Facilitate project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Document scope
  • Obtain stakeholder signoff

3. Client Integration Manual preparation (New and Existing Clients)

  • Work with various departments to gather functional business requirements, conducting interviews with internal users to develop and document specifications and construct Client
  • Implementation Manual (CIM) and business process maps

4. Manage relationships                                                                           

  • Successfully manage relationship with the client, project team and all stakeholders during projects                                                                     
  • Mentor Project Manager (1 team member)

5. Develop Risk Analysis and Mitigation Steps

  • Facilitate risk analysis meetings, document potential risks
  • Work with cross-functional leaders and client to develop mitigation steps and triggers
  • Manages risk mitigation across multiple projects

Area of expertise (Skills)

• 2+ years Project Manager 1 or equivalent experience in project
• Demonstrated Project Management experience
• Demonstrated Multi-tasking experience
• Command of the English Language, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to build an efficient working team.
• Excellent educational background with a core study in project management related areas
• Proven working experience in project management in the BPO sector
• Contact center management experience
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project and Visio
• Self-starter with the ability to work with a great degree of autonomy.

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

  • 2+ years’ experience leading projects 
  • PMP, Six Sigma, BCP, Project
  • Management, Risk Analysis certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in the fields of project management, business or information technology project management.


Bachelor Degree
