Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Manager with a strong background in SAP HXM functional consulting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 17 years of experience in SAP HXM consulting, with a focus on SuccessFactors. They will be responsible for leading teams, architecting solutions, and providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and drive SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects for clients in the US, Canada, and Europe.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.

3. Architect solutions that align with business needs and best practices, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), EC Time Off, Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Recruitment Marketing (RMK).

4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

5. Demonstrate proficiency in team leadership, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.

6. Maintain active certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including EC, EC Time Off, ONB, RCM, and RMK.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems and processes.

8. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to empower clients and internal teams with SuccessFactors expertise.

9. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SAP SuccessFactors, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within client organizations.

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum of 17 years of SAP HXM functional consulting experience.

2. At least 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.

3. Proven track record as an HXM Solution Architect, with demonstrated expertise in leading teams and designing solutions.

4. Active certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including EC, EC Time Off, ONB, RCM, and RMK.

5. Extensive experience working with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe, across implementation and support projects.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

7. Previous experience in ONB 2.0 implementation is highly desirable.

8. bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
