Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Director reports to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. They serve as the single point of contact and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all functions within recruiting. The Sr. Director will indirectly and directly manage all recruiting teammates from a functional expertise perspective across our BPO global operations which includes high volume recruiting. The Sr. Director will create company guidelines and standard operating procedures for our recruiting teams and audit, track and report each site’s compliance. The Sr. Director will lead functional training and development efforts of talent acquisition staff. The Sr. Director will oversee the management of our recruiting vendor partners while identifying and executing cost-saving and efficiency strategies. The Sr. Director will also audit cost effectiveness for all recruiting offices, provide recommendations for improvement and will track, report on findings. The Sr. Director will also handle the recruitment of leadership and specialized roles for the Qualfon organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Be the overall recruiting subject matter expert that supports field recruiting operations and corporate hiring
2. Create and maintain talent acquisition processes and the procedure library (best practices)
3. Implement site scorecards, track and report outcomes of talent acquisition activities
4. Provides guidance to software development team and project managers for talent acquisition system (TAS). Be the subject matter expert (SME) with regards to company TAS
5. Review and sign-off on each site’s recruiting budget in partnership with operations leadership
6. Track, report and analyze spending by site, group and geographical areas
7. Create and help deliver functional training to talent acquisition staff regarding TAS
8. Prepare and deliver training to talent acquisition staff in cooperation with human development and legal department regarding federal, state, and local guidelines and regulation
9. Investigate and determine best vendors to facilitate talent acquisition
10. Negotiate low-cost solutions for advertising, sourcing, and other talent acquisition activities
11. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate recruitment of positions, including specialized individual contributors and director and above level leadership positions
12. Maintain and update the recruiting and company website(s)
13. Maintain an active candidate pool of talent
14. Coordinate and ensure job descriptions, screening and interviewing processes are aligned to ensure the hiring of the most capable and competent employee
15. Ensure site compliance with recruiting standard operating procedures
16. Act as the go-to expert regarding all social media
17. Work with site leaders to ensure appropriate staffing levels within recruiting departments
18. Ensures a fluid candidate feedback process is in place
19. Support the field recruiting departments with their high-volume recruiting efforts
20. Work closely with the site directors to ensure the site recruiting departments are following guidelines, are operating effectively and efficiently, and are achieving their hiring targets
21. Maximize social mediums to improve recruiting results
22. Be a social media guru around marketing the company and attracting the best talent

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations regarding interviewing, selection, pre-employment testing, tracking, reporting, record-keeping
• Proven success with utilizing social media as recruiting tools
• Skilled with professional document creation, maintenance, and publishing
• Skilled with all Microsoft Office products (including WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of TAS systems and database software
• Ability to prepare and deliver training to remote and live audiences
• Knowledge of basic accounting budget, and flash processes
• Skilled in preparing and communicating budgets and financial impact
• Knowledge of learning management systems
• Highly skilled in coaching and developing employees to improve performance and outputs
• Ability to communicate with and maintain relationships with vendors
• Skilled in negotiating with external vendors
• Knowledge of common talent acquisition strategies and outsourcing functions
• Knowledge of sourcing and data mining techniques, including both active and passive candidate acquisition
• Skilled in identifying and communicating role requirements and expectations
• Ability to work quickly through entirety of recruiting and onboarding processes
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with dotted-line accountability
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in business management, business information systems, business administration, or equal work experience
• Minimum of 10+ years in full-life cycle recruiting in either corporate or agency talent acquisition
• Minimum of 6+ years working with TAS systems such as Taleo, Success Factors, iCIMS, ADP, etc.
• Minimum of 10+ years working with external talent acquisition vendors such as Indeed, Glassdoor, CareerBuilder, etc.
• 10 years of high volume recruiting experience
