Job Summary

As SAP SuccessFactors Technical Analyst you will participate on development delivery and maintenance of business solutions based on SAP technologies. You will capture functional and technical requirements from internal customers and translate business requirements in SAP requirements identifying the best solution. You will be responsible for SuccessFactors solution development, its customizations and deployment of the solution. You will work in multi disciplinary teams locally and remotely.

The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the internal customers and cooperate within our delivery centers across the globe.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of foundation and organizational objects in Employee Central.
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of business rules including workflows.
Provide training and documentation of EC procedures and data standards.
Provide backup support for the LMS, Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
Responsible for SuccessFactors Release testing including partnering with outside testing team for validating and troubleshooting
Ability to identify cause or effect relationships, solve root cause issues while eliminating nonvalue added activities.
Deliver technology that aligns business process and industry best standards utilizing existing software functionality and releases for continuous improvement.
Partner in the evaluation of new technology with System Architecture, HR Process Delivery and Information Services.
Collaborate with HR Consultants HR Directors HR Analytics HR Centers of Excellence Information Services HR Process Delivery and key end users to clearly define requirements to facilitate system enhancements to existing technology and new system implementations.
Process leadership to assure technology projects deliver within Qualfon standards for technology implementation consulting with cross functional business experts as needed.
Support technical documentation of project either by the creation of documents or reviewing third party documents including necessary data.
Lead design and execution for organizational change including mergers and acquisitions
Provide backup support for the Recruiting and Onboarding modules and LMS.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.    Strong written and oral communication
2.    Experience with cloud application system modification and testing
3.    Experience with data integration between multiple systems
4.    Ability to think strategically
5.    Strong people skills with an emphasis in individual development
6.    Some college education or equivalent experience
7.    Experience with translating business requirements into technical specifications
8.    Detail and Task Oriented , Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks in a high paced environment.
9.    Ability to move fast while maintaining high level of accuracy.
10.    Ability to work well cross-functionally


     DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1.    5 years’ experience in system configuration
2.    Certifications and Accreditations for SAP Successfactors 
3.    Bachelor’s degree or higher
4.    Knowledge of Human Resource regulations and law
5.    Driving the development of functional and systems specifications experience
6.    Good communication skills and very good team player
7.    Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (such as SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Automatic Data Processing (ADP))
8.    Occasional travel may be required

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

1.     4 years experience in Human Resources related field.

2.     Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

3.     Knowledge of Human Resource regulations and law

4.     Global Human Resource Application Knowledge
