Job Summary

Main Objectives and Duties

1. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded
- Record financial transactions.
- Encoding and Monitoring of all the transaction in the Purchase Book 
- Maintain a monitoring of monthly accounts payable;
- Review all checks processed, purchase order, invoices and advise of the potential over-expenditures or misappropriation.
2. Prepare financial statements for the site.
- Timely delivery of financial statements
- Report to the Site Director, Country Financial Office and Controller the result of operation and financial analysis on a timely manner.
3. Supervise cash flow & Petty Cash.
- Ensure budget is not exceeded
- Review the correctness of the petty cash replenishment prepared by the petty cash custodian and ensuring proper handling of cash issued.
- Cash Management - supervising the spending of each dept., implementation of efficient budgeting.
- Ensure that there is adequate bank balances to cover check clearings and payroll.
- Financial planning and forecasting of cash flows - Preparation of monthly, annual cash plan and budget implementation plan. Oversee the flow of cash and other financial instruments.
- Bank Accounts Management.
4. Approve Payroll Reports
- Review payroll report and approve for payment of employees.
- Review the last pay computation from Compben, and identify the accruals from the previous recording.
5. Ensure compliance with government regulatory reporting requirements
- Gathering of information for the preparation of the corporate tax returns, the property tax returns and ensures tax compliance.

Area of expertise (Skills)

Knowledge in EFPS (Electronic Filing and Payment System)

BS Accountancy
2-4 years experience in Accountancy work, with at least 1 year in supervisory function

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

Preferably with a CPA license


Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy BA or any related courses
