HR Onboarding Associate

Job Summary

Main objectives and duties:

1. Receiving of pre-employment requirements of New Hires

  • Receives pre-employment requirements from new hires.
  • Ensures employee submission of complete requirements before the first pay.
  • Updates the list of requirements to ensure that the requirements submitted are properly documented
  • Sends out a list of employees who have not completed their requirements to Compensation and Benefits.

2. Biometrics

  • Updates the biometrics system based on the changes made on the agent’s supervisor.

3. HD - Master Report

  • Monitors daily headcount of the center.
  • Grays out the attendance template base on the forecasted termination log from Employee Relation Department.
  • Macro’s Generate Report from the attendance template
  • Finalizes the report and send it to Operation Manager, HD Manager, Workforce and Reporting.


4. Billing Report

  • Generates daily accumulative hours of Touch Commerce agents.
  • Generates billing report from Biometric System.
  • Transfers the log-in and log-out on Standard Template.


Area of expertise (Skills)

  • Any four-year course preferably BS Psychology or related field, or equal experience.
  • Prior work experience is not necessary but formal orientation is needed to enable the job incumbent to perform the job satisfactorily.

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

MS Office suite basic knowledge.
