Mission: As a Marketing Services Supervisor at Qualfon, you will lead a team of dedicated associates, ensuring the best performance, employee engagement and development, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day warehouse shipments are completed in a timely manner
- Direct supervision of warehouse floor operations; work scheduling and team member assignments
- Develops, implements, and enforces operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate errors and inefficiencies, lower costs, and improve product quality and revenue.
- Focuses on defining, implementing, and enforcing safety, quality, and other operating procedures and practices.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse operation.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
- Provides leadership and management to personnel. This includes training, developing/coaching, disciplining, setting performance expectations and goals, monitoring, appraising, and motivating the workforce to attain high levels of performance, achievement, and retention.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Education (required); college degree or some college coursework (preferred).
- Two (2) to Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a similar operational role. , or completion of Qualfon Marketing Services Supervisor certification and On-The-Job-Training.
- Must possess a passion for driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing operational processes, driving efficiencies, and implementing process improvements.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Effective communicator. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
- A “roll up your sleeves” mentality. Willingness to put in the effort and time necessary to get the job done.
