Qualfon is hiring Call Center Agents Sales to field inbound calls from our client's customers and close the sale.

Please note in this position; you must be able to work on-site at 1003 Broad St Johnstown, PA 15906

We are an inbound sales center - which means that customers are contacting you for assistance with purchasing a product or service! Doing Sales means simply answering calls and helping the customer to decide what products and services they need!

What you will be doing:

Field inbound calls from our client's customers and close the sale.

Meet and exceed Sales expectations

Highly driven to reach the many incentives and cash commissions

Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment

Care for your customers, by servicing existing accounts, finding out additional needs, and placing orders for any desired services or products

Maintain composure in challenging situations and employ a diplomatic approach to achieve effective resolution.

What skills you will need:

· GED or High School Diploma required

· Sales skills

· Minimum one-year previous sales/customer service experience required

· One year of call center experience strongly preferred

· Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required

· Ability to multi-task efficiently

· Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required

· Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

· Manages emotions and maintains positive energy

· Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
