Job Summary

We are looking for Remote Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agents with 4+ years of experience, preferably with personal lines High Net Worth clients (HNW).   Insurance Dialogue provides licensed insurance services for a leading global insurance organization with operations in approximately 80 countries and jurisdictions focused on the High-Net-Worth market. As a Personal Lines Sales Producer, you will build relationships with wholesale partners, quote high net worth individuals tailoring proposals to personal insurance needs, and provide some servicing.

Key Responsibilities

What you will be doing

  • Successfully grows and profitably manages relationships focused on wholesale and retail insurance broker network by cultivating relationships
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) to explain policy features and benefits
  • Perform in-depth review and evaluation of customer assets and risk profile
  • Develop sales proposals utilizing proprietary quoting platform
  • Benchmarking (as needed) and presenting quotes to Accounts including recommendations for enhancing the insurance program in a consultative manner
  • Provide limited service support as needed
  • Ensures that complete and accurate client and policy data and documents are maintained
  • Track interactions through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Provide clear and effective communication with internal teams, underwriting, and key stakeholders

Qualifications

What skills you will need

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 4+ years high net worth property and casualty insurance sales producer experience
  • Proficient in using a variety of computer programs including Agency Management Software/ CRM, MSOffice, and carrier quoting tools
  • Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advocate for insured with underwriting and claims
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and energetic personality

Working from Home

100% Remote Work from Home position that will include virtual training from your home. This position will be located in the company's headquarters of Highland Park, MI, or remotely in the U.S. in the following states: AL, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV.

 

This opportunity REQUIRES that you have the following in order to perform the job: 

  • High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wifi, Satellite or Hot spot 
  • Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps 
  • The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
  • Latency under 100ms. 
  • All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.
