Job Summary

Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Property & Casualty Wholesale Insurance division. We are in search of an enthusiastic, computer-savvy individual for an over-the-phone customer-facing role which is critical to maintaining a positive image of our organization.

SHIFT: 8-hour shift between hours of 8 am - 8:30 pm

Our Administrative Assistants are provided with in-depth training and our formal development program provides continuous skill enhancement and internal career advancement based on performance.

  • The position is 80% Remote (4 days a week) and 20% in office (1 day – professional office in Highland Park, MI).

Job Duties

  • Answer phones in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • Process inbound mail
  • Assign work activities to team members
  • Assist licensed insurance advisors in performing insurance policy service tasks
  • Provide clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams,

Qualfications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Property and Casualty Insurance Industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management system to enter and manage data
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instruction
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
  • Ability to answer positively, energetically inbound calls throughout the day
