Job Summary

- Provide approval codes for appeasements, courtesies, and corrections that fall outside of agent approvals.

- Perform account and system updates for all loyalty programs, including Relate, FAB merges, email updates, shell accounts, and resolving errors within LOBO.

- Assist with escalated calls by guiding agents on how to assist customers or by handling calls with supervisors.

- Identify and report on any trends related to order issues, promotional issues, and product-related concerns.

Area of expertise (Skills)

Graduate of Information Technology or any course related.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. 

- Able to handle challenging workplace situations productively and positively. 

- Skilled in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and enhancing productivity. 

- Exceptional customer service capabilities.  

- A minimum of six months' experience in the same account or department

- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

- A clean disciplinary record

- Must work from the Site (Eurocenter)
