Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to start-up, build and grow an independent insurance agency for an $350 million in revenue international sales and marketing company.  Ideal candidate will leverage Company’s existing experience in the Life, Health and Property & Casualty insurance and infrastructure to grow a stand-alone business unit. 

 

We are looking to hire someone in Troy, MI - Fort Worth, TX or Orlando, FL

 

Area of expertise (Skills)

Licensed / Agency Experience:
Property & Casualty Insurance License a must
Life and Health Insurance License strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an independent insurance agency or managing an independent insurance agency network 
Insurance Agency Managerial experience as (two years +)
Personal Lines Manager
Commercial Lines Manager
Agency Manager
Sales Management Experience (two years +)
Hiring, training, and day to day management of licensed sales agents
Other Independent Insurance Related Managerial Experience
Leadership in a startup organization and direct contributions to growth is a plus
