SYSTEMS ANALYST

Job Summary

The systems analyst is responsible for monitoring and screening email alerts. Quantifying and providing a detailed analysis of the types of alerts received. Identifying those that need immediate attention and escalating the identified issue to the appropriate person or department.

• Basic knowledge of Database (Oracle). API request and response behaviors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 
• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Glassbox, Splunk, SQL, TAS, JIRA, and Clarify. 
• High level of analysis and decision-making
  • Analytical Capacity on Trends and Sequences logics looking forward to detecting areas of opportunities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 
  • Analytics skills on critical alerts for the business operations and potential risks in the transactions and system development additionally run detailed SQL reports detailed-oriented. 

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience is desirable.
• At least 6 months of experience in handling database
