We’re looking for an experienced Reports and Analytics Assistant Manager to join our agent Talent Acquisition team and help us find the right people for the customer support roles. The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition Reporting and Analytics serves as the subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting, metrics and analytics, and is responsible for the development and execution of the TA analytics strategy across the TA agent hiring department and the business. The role will report directly to the TA Senior Director and will work as part of a team in the design, data preparation, visualization, governance, security and information delivery that help identify patterns, trends and exceptions.

Objectives of this role:

• Analyze operational processes to understand and define potential data needs and follow through with design and delivery of reporting products where possible.

• Provide direction to the TA COE and sector TA teams in the areas of Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting, including actionable insights on topics that support the strategic direction of the business, including, but not limited to talent attraction, selection, engagement, candidate and stakeholder experience, recruiter performance, recruitment marketing, as well as the performance of our external market intelligence.

• Design and develop reporting and analytics solutions based on the requirements and specifications of stakeholders through expertise in Excel, SharePoint and Web Intelligence Responsibilities

• Create and generate recruiting and sourcing reports through the use of various tools.

• Oversee the TA data integrity and governance.

• Work closely with the sector TA teams to understand TA processes, identify data needs, gather requirements, provide recommendations and prioritize projects to drive them to successful implementations.

• Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights that will improve processes and optimize results.

• Present data and insights in a clear, concise and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders through the use of various data visualization techniques.

• Oversee scheduling and maintenance of reports and distribution list.

• Maintain SharePoint databases and perform updates as necessary.

• Ledger management and monitoring of department expense as it relates to the approved budgets.

• Administer and facilitate all payments related with recruitment and sourcing department.

• Coordinate with internal and external points of contacts regarding the payment of products and services rendered.

• Provide maintenance, quality analysis/control and enhancements to the TA data products (i.e., auditing of the monthly data fields for accuracy and completion, appending multiple files, possible data manipulation, etc.).

• Partner with the advanced analytics and TA technology team on new tools, resources and solutions that enhance the reporting capabilities of the TA function.

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

• Bachelor’s Degree in in business administration, computer science, data analytics, statistics or any related field

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Reporting and Data Analytics role is necessary; background in HR reporting is an advantage.

• Knowledge of reporting tools i.e., Business Objects, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, etc., a requirement.

• Advanced excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

• Familiarity with SharePoint and Intermediate proficiency in Excel required.

• Ability to work with large volumes of sensitive/confidential data.

• Flexible availability with the working schedule; expected to work some weekends, holidays, and weekly events, as needed.

• Willing to work onsite on a full-time basis
