Job Summary

1.    Be a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert to the Business Leaders in the site.
2.    Develop Strategies based on business plans to enhance attraction of top industry talent;
3.    Work closely with the team and operations to create models to understand the current and future talent needs of the organisations;
4.    Partner with the Director of Talent Acquistion and hiring managers to thoroughly understand the company’s hiring goals and plan effectively;
5.    Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniqies in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
6.    Manage efficient, fast-paced, full cycle recruiting operations which support the site's rapid hiring growth;
7.    Provide regular reporting to hiring managers on effectiveness of the recruiting funnel and recommend strategies to improve;
8.    Collaborate with Marketing Teams to enshance and promote Qualfon’s Employment brand;
9.    Build relationship with LGU’s, Universities, etc presenting recruiting events locally and involvement in social media and other external opportunities;
10.    Implement and maximise the investment on ATS tools that will help the team and deliver incredible candidate experience.

Area of expertise (Skills)

  •  A succeful track record of recruitming management at a rapidly growing BPO organization
  •  Hands-on experience with relevant social media, events and recruiting channels
  •  5 years of experience in TA/Recruiting
  • Experience utilizing various recruitment and ATS platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • Strategic thinker who can support and refine an end to end recruiting, interviewing and hiring process. N2n process
