Job Summary

This position is responsible o span all aspects of the business at Qualfon including our operations, financial activities, strategic planning, and more. You will be the primary point of contact for the COO and the COO’s direct reports for the timely tracking, reporting, processing of critical information for key decisions with respect to the operations of the business.
This position will work closely with our operational leadership team, as well as members of our Executive Team and other leaders across the organization to coordinate the execution of operations, critical initiatives in support of executing our strategic plan and successfully achieving our annual budget. This position will also help ensure quality and efficiency in our processes in order to maximize our investments. The role will work on a variety of projects and tasks, both strategic and administrative, to help us achieve our objectives.
This is a cross-functional role that will be working with team members our global Customer Engagement Services (“CES”), Marketing Services (“MS”) and Integrated Solutions (“IS”) lines of business, as well as across functional departments (e.g., Person Office, IT, Accounting & Finance) to help us meet our goals. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, able to comfortable manage through ambiguity, improve our processes and will be managing multiple projects and priorities at once. Also, given the cross-functional nature of the role, it is required to have excellent business acumen, organizational expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Role Responsibilities:
•    Oversees project management of large, often cross-functional projects or initiatives; brings together multiple stakeholders and helps to drive decisions.
•    Conduct research utilizing statistical and quantitative methods and make recommendations for business change
•    Help the leadership team iterate on company-wide and functional strategies
•    Condense information from internal meetings into actionable insights
•    Keep the team accountable for key results
•    Creates and updates dashboards for reviewing KPI’s and annual goals.
•    Influences and drives the leadership team to execute its priorities to completion through agenda settings and identifying opportunities to increase team effectiveness.
•    Proactively identifies problems and issues across the functional areas and creates programs and processes to solve them.
•    Consistently analyzes processes and ability to scale, then help prioritize the projects that will make a difference.
•    Partners with COO and leadership team to develop the structure and content for staff meetings and executive leadership meetings; prepares and/or consolidates materials.
•    Performs other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)


•    BA/BS degree in business or similar field; MBA preferred
•    5-10 years of professional experience in strategic planning, special projects, and/or other management positions supporting C-suite executives
•    2 years in a corporate strategy and/or transformation function preferred
•    Experienced in operations management
•    Experience or exposure to organizational management best practices
•    Ability to persuade high-level executives toward a plan of action using data-driven analyses
•    Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional partnerships
•    Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines; excellent communicator in written and verbal form
•    Strong influencing and technical skills along with the following key qualities: Independence of mind combined with sound business judgement; Comfort navigating ambiguity; Committed team player, willing to take accountability for results; Strong communication and team management skills; A good track record of achievement in their career to date and with a proven ability to deliver
•    Ability to embrace complex, technical challenges and who have the strategic and team skills to work closely with market operations to drive the business forward collectively.
