Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Account Management, this experienced BPO sales professional will have a unique demand generation role directing and leading new business growth initiatives within our existing CES (Customer Experience Services) client base. You will be in a unique position to help accelerate our growth by working with our Strategic Account Managers to research, prospect, and network within their existing accounts to diversify our revenue streams into unchartered new spaces we don’t currently support.
You’ll succeed in this role by leveraging your expertise and passion for farming and selling, including using data, technology, and other tactics to create and close new opportunities.
The enterprise account executive will be responsible for prospecting and sourcing net-new revenue within the Qualfon customer experience services organization installed base by developing client white space pursuit plans with the corresponding strategic account manager assigned to the account. The plan will require extensive research of the addressable market areas where Qualfon currently does not provide the services.
Primary responsibilities will entail:
- Prospecting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and closing new business.
- Developing and fostering working relationships with the CES account management team.
- Drive new business opportunities through research, prospecting, networking with the account management team, proposal development, negotiation and closing opportunities.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required.
- Win customers with solution-based sales approach while winning support of internal teams.
- Build a predictable pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Work with the internal proposal and solutions teams to generate high quality and technology-enabled proposals.
- Remain current with enterprise account verticals and trends.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts within and outside the company.
Area of expertise (Skills)
Your background:
- 10+ years’ experience in the BPO industry with 5 years of BPO/CX services sales experience.
- Disciplined approach to prioritization of tasks, time management, and business outcomes focused.
- Demonstrated capability to generate business within named target accounts.
- Solid understanding of the CX outsourcing space including products, players, technologies, and a solid network of BPO and client contacts
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills. Strong executive presence, both over the phone and in person.
- Independent self-starter with ability to prioritize work with minimal direct supervision.
- Comfortable being held accountable to outcomes (in addition to activity).
Education:
- Bachelor degree in management, marketing, administration or finance, or equivalent career experience.
- MBA a plus.

Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range between $150,000 - $170,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee’s portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.
